Can't hide hits after upgrading tot 15.1.15

Hi,

After upgrading to EasyBlog 15.1.15 the hits are visible again on the posts at http://www.disctec.nl/index.php/nieuws. I've checked the settings and disabled 'hits' in the following settings.

Joomla general:
Show hits is disabled in the menu settings
Show hits is disabled in the article settings

Easyblog specific (Settings --> views)
Show hits is disabled in all layout:
Author layout
Categories layout
Category layout
Entry layout
Frontpage layout
Tag layout

Somehow the hits counter won't go away for me. I need to hide it.

Hey Andy,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Hi Mark,

I've added the login details for the site in the 'site dashboard' area. I can't the FTP details right now but I hope you don't need them for now.

I tried to login to the administration area but it isn't allowing me to login By the way, if you can't provide the ftp access, may I install a file manager on Joomla to troubleshoot the files?

Hi Mark,

Sometimes the site doesnt accept the password the first time but when trying again it somehow does. It's ok to install a file manager.

To be sure I re-entered the password in the site details.

Thanks! It works for me now. Okay, it seems like some of your category has explicit settings to render the hits, http://take.ms/0jd6J . This category in particular is the Office 365 category.

I have disabled the hits in the entry view settings of the category and it no longer renders the hits, http://www.disctec.nl/index.php/nieuws/entry/tips-voor-een-opgeruimde-mailbox
