purchased: EasyBlog Professional Edition
Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us. I've checked our purchase records using your email address but I am unable to locate any purchases altogether. However, upon further investigation, I've managed to locate a purchase under the email address "payments@bizistar.com " with the reference number of "SI140417-7291-39148". This explains why the person went missing; the email used for purchase is different from the one used to register with us.

I've linked the aforementioned purchase to your account. Would you be kind enough to check and verify?
