Hello,
If I click the Edit (Modifica) button on a reply, I get a "0" temporaly added to the message, but nothing else happens. If I click the Edit (Modifica) button on a question, I get redirect to another page which doesn't let edit the question.
Can you help me, please? I attach my site details below.
Hi Gabriele,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it took me quite some time to debug just by using file manager extension. I've applied the fix inside your /components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/post.actions.php and /media/com_easydiscuss/scripts/replies.js and it should be working fine now.

Hi Gabriele,

Can I have your FTP access so we can check on the issue further?

I don't have FTP access, but you can use OSE Fileman on Joomla.

Hi Gabriele,

When I'm trying to save your joomla configuration backend it will always return me this error, http://screencast.com/t/MHmoxltl hence I am not able to turn on error reporting and turn off sef url for debugging on your site. I also not able to edit your configuration.php file due to the file permission error.

Please advise.

Hi Gabriele,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. I've fix "unable to edit question issue on your site" by changing the category view to listing view from your easydiscuss backend. We are still investigating on the unable to edit reply issue and will get back to you once we have found the solution to this.

Thank you for your kind understanding.

There is still the issue making unable to edit replies, don't know if Ezrul Fazwan is looking at it.

Hey Gabriele,

We need the ftp access because it is dangerous to modify files with an extension. If we have a typo when saving, your entire site will be inaccessible. We wouldn't want to take such risks and definitely it won't be good for you as well just in case anything happens?

Perhaps you can request FTP access from your Webhosting provider?
