Can't create new categories

I have update Easyblog,and I can't find where to create new categories again.
Looks like this is an issue with the Echo template but you can add the block of css codes below into /templates/echo/css/custom.css

Hi there,
Are you referring to this button in the toolbar that contains the link to the categories dashboard(http://take.ms/tU0C0)? It seems that it is hidden in Echo template.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can check my attached screenshot below and see is it we reproduce this wrongly?

Because that create new category did appear.

Before you test this again try clear your browser cache and see how it goes.
