When I try to enable autoposting to Twitter and click on the "authorise with twitter" button the window pops up with an error, looks like the token is missing?

Hi Simon,
It looks like the callback url field in the app was left blank. Without this field, Twitter is unable to perform callbacks to your site. I have helped you fill that field and sign in to the Twitter app in EB's backend(http://take.ms/a0036).

Hello Simon,

I believe the app for Twitter wasn't configured correctly. Is it possible for you to provide us with the Twitter login credentials that was used to create the app?

Hi Mark

I think the first time I clicked on that link prior to actually creating the app, however, it's still doing it even after creating it. I can send you login details for Twitter, however, what's the best secure method of doing so?

Hello Simon,

Go to https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site and under the optional section, enter the twitter login credentials.

Thanks Simon. By the way, the site access contains the access to delta-ee.com but your Twitter app's name is Peter Arnott Golf. Is this supposed to be correct?

Hi Mark

No, it's just that we have a multi-site license but that page only lets me enter the details for one site at a time which means that each time I request support I often have to change the details each time so I left the delta-ee ones in place. if you need access to the site admin too I guess the only thing to do is for me to replace the Delta-ee ones? or I can just add it into the "other details" area

Hello Simon,

Yep, you could just replace the site details for now. We are working on a proper site details manager that allows you to add more than 1 site in the future.

Aw, man, I'm so sorry!

That was an idiotic mistake of mine, I'd clipped your documentation article into Evernote and it had somehow lost/missed that step altogether. So sorry to waste your time, i should have realised that.
