Hi - I'm in the process of building the new site for icycle.cc before opening it for beta testing. We are switching from Kunena and importing Kunena into EasyDiscuss (all going well, thank you!) - and trying to configure the Facebook integration.

I've created and verified a new Facebook account and created the Facebook App as per the documentation at http://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/autoposting/facebook-application. All is fine to start (although the Deauthorize URL new requires https:) -- however when I get to Step 12 and put the App ID and AppSecret in, and then click the SignInToFacebook - it fails in the Pop up box with a facebook error 'Something has gone wrong'...

Could you give me any pointers as to what the issue could be? I can provide whatever login details you require.
Hi Craig,
I checked your Facebook App configuration Settings>Basic and it seems you were missing an 's' in your site url "http://s6467...". Once I correct this, I was able to sign in FB access in your EasyDiscuss backend autoposting page. I have helped you complete your FB autoposting set up.

Do note that you have requested support for a different domain(s6467...) than your licensed domain(icycle). You should request us to change your licensed domain to s6467 so we can support this domain in the future.

Arg!! I'd checked and checked... sometimes you just don't see them. Thank you! Couldn't see a way to change the domain temporarily on the account while it's in testing phase, but will try again.

Many thanks again

Hey Craig,
You're welcome. Glad to know your issue is resolved.
FYI, only our staff can change the licensed domain. Once support is provided to a domain, users would not be able to request domain change until they renew the subscription period.

As a gentle reminder, kindly start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiry. I will lock and mark this thread as resolved.

If you would like to change your licensed domain, you can post a request in our helpdesk.
