I've checked your site and it seems like you are using staging.yoursite.com as test site. This is actually a known issue with the staging server as the ajax call url is being made to non-staging site (yoursite.com instead of staging.yoursite.com) thus causing the script to be non-responsive. By the way it seems like the FTP access is not working for me,

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Can you try to include your staging site url inside your configuration.php under live_site variable and see if that will fix the issue?
