This is an intranet behind a IP white list. I will clone the site and place it temporarily onto another server.

I will give login details as soon as the cloned site is ready.

Hello RussianBlue,

You're welcome.
Actually you can use this way to ordering of your Easyblog module, because you set all the easyblog module publish on your Easyblog page only.

Is it this idea help you? Please advise.

Thanks Arlex,

But it's not the order of the blog module within the site, it's the order of the blog posts within the module that I can't effect.

Okay, i help you remove it . Actually the Easyblog latest blog post module do not have the ordering option from the setting part, only have the sorting by created date and modified date ( http://screencast.com/t/30tZobSpwla ).
Hope this help.

Hi Arlex,

I am trying to change the order of blog posts within the module. If I set ordering to Modified Date, go into the blog and make a change, the order is not changed. Likewise if I set the ordering to Created Date and change the creation date of one of the blog posts, nothing is changed in the module order.

No, still doesn't move. I changed the creation date of the second blog article to 14:31 but it didn't move up.

BTW I placed it back into the innerbottom position on the frontpage and changed the name to LatestNews

Hi Arlex,

I've just had a look and you're right, it is now working. Is there a time delay, do you need to clear browser or site cache?

Have you done anything other than re-install the module in question?
