can't add Video and other format on my page, but possible on other pages

Hello ,
I contact you because, in my dashbord i can add only audio, but i can add more on the other pages.
How can i correct it?

Hello there,

The reason that you can add only audio in your dashboard, but you can add more on the other pages is because you had unpublished Application which is from Backend > EasySocial > Application.

I had helped you to publish back and it is working fine now.

Can you have a check whether is it meet your requirement?
