Hi,

I create a previous ticket about ths issue but I can't answer it because of subcription so I create this new ticket to have your help, here is the link

You answer me to click on Exit Installation, it's what I've done and I've been send to joomla general dashboard. After I've tried to go on Easyblog but I still have Installation window in place of Easyblog dashboad

So could you help me.
Sure I will update, but not now, as I precise on previous post, I have not this amount f money right now,!

You can delete "easyblog.installation" as shown http://prntscr.com/bsa7xd at this path JoomlaFolder\tmp. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

p/s:It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription.

Thanks for your answer, my issue is fixed.
I contact you because this issue normaly haven't to happend, your component have to work even we have no more suscription. It should come back to easyblog dashboard when clicking on exit installation in removing this easyblog.installation file automatically

Hello Greg,

The reason that clicking on "Delete Installation" did not work is because you are either:

1. Using an older version which contains a bug with the "Delete Installation"

or

2. There is file permissions issue on your server
