Can someone who is using ES w/ many concurrent users please give me a recommendation of a managed hosting service you are using? Siteground's Cloud Hosting can't seem to keep our site up so any help would be appreciated!
To be honestly, it hard to recommended is because every hosting also have their own more features, great support, and manage site performance etc.
i also believe anyone else got have good experience on this, also, please don't hesitate to share with us any recommend managed hosting that if you know of by leaving your comments
