under the users list when clicking follow it works on the first user, the second user pops up the error in the image attached

This is not an issue. I believe you've turned on flood control at your EasySocial. Check out this option EasySocial > Settings > General > Followers Flood Control Interval . Try to set to 0 to disable flood control.
