Can one user disable email notifications?

Hello,
One user does not want to receive email notifications. Can he do this through the EasySocial interface, or can I do this for him through the back end? He does not want to leave the forum, just stop receiving email messages.

He may either do this by editing his notification settings as you can see here, http://take.ms/ydPb0 . Alternatively you may edit his profile and update his alerts settings for him
