Can not upload video files

Hi,
I am trying to upload videos with EasySocial, but it doesn't work
In the Configuration it says the path to FFMepg is invalid.
I have a shared hosting account on Bluehost.
I asked them and they said they don't provide FFMpeg on shared hosting account (only on VPS).
So is there another way to be able to upload mpeg files ?

Unfortunately currently that was no other way around to encoding the video without FFmpeg library from the server.

that means that no video at all can be uploaded or could they be uploaded (but just left in their original format) ?

Yes, you cannot upload any videos if you dont have FFMPEG on your site. Thanks for your understanding.
