I've checked your site and found that you are using Payplans 4.2.11.
PayPlans 5 is a major release, so you can not update directly from a single click update from the dashboard.
You need to download the installer from the dashboard and update PayPlans to the latest version.

Dear Manisha, I have here the issue too.

I've downloaded the file "com_payplans_launcher_pro_5.0.4_joomla" and get the error message:
Duplicate entry 'show_override_outdated' for key 'idx_key'

Also when I try to unzip and install the data from file "com_payplans_full_pro_5.0.4_joomla", I get the same error message.

Can you please check what is the issue?

Also after attempt of update I can not start the page and get error message "class PP not found". Can you please review
