Can not update Easysocial to the newest version ( .15 to .17 )

Hello guys,

just tried to install or better update my Easysocial version.
Over Network installation it was not possible.
So i downloaded the new Client, created the "/setup/packages" folder in the right place over FTP and trie it with the 2nd way to install, but then comes a message " No packages found in folder".

What did I do wrong ?
I tried also to manage it like in the Helpthreads on your site, but no chance.

I need help, and please do not close my thread when it's still not finished.

can you provide us with your joomla site details and ftp access so that we can debug this directly at your end?
you can fill these informations into the "site details" tab, the informations entered are only visible for staff members.

I have help you updated latest version of Easysocial in your site.

What i did is using this installation via network method -> http://docs.easysocial.io/administrators/setup/network_installation

I do not know what I did wrong as i tried to install via network.
Maybe you hafe a magic click :-) !
