im also having the same issue. i think it has somthing to do with this error

the page starts off like a normal comment page i summit a comment i get the error button so i reload the page the page looks like the attached image and the error is at the bottom and i also have extra numbers floting on the page "1's" at the top and bottom of th comment block

The issue is caused by an index.html file on the root of your site. I've renamed the file to index.html.bak and Komento is working properly now.

Your issue is actually different. It seems like the template provider is outdated. Just rename the folder /templates/lifestyleoutpost/html/com_komento to /templates/lifestyleoutpost/html/com_komento_old and Komento should work properly.
