I am not sure how to replicate them on our end as it does upload correctly. By the way, when checking on your site, it seems that, this options http://take.ms/pyuxO still existed even though you are using default avatar. *this option will not shown if you using default avatar.

I tried a few times until those option no longer existed and try to upload given images. It seems to works fine now. Maybe you know how to replicate this, let us know so that we can check what causing this issues.

It is so weird I tried again today and it worked fine.
I can only put this one in the unexplainable weirdness category.
