I have tested with Android devices the responsive is working on your sites. Can you visit our demo.stackideas.com with your devices to check the responsive working well for you or not? Here is similar issues in iOS devices but no problem after reinstall Chrome (http://stackideas.com/forums/responsive-chrome-iphone-issue).

Mobile toolbar can be used ... but it has created a issues...
