Can I set default album with access to all users

so they can choose from it to set an avatar or a caneva ?
Hey Normand,

You can set the default album's privacy by accessing Profile Types > [Click on your profile type] > Privacy . However, if the user then changes it, the system would inherit from their settings instead.

Misundertand i think... I'm not clear....

I would to setup a Global Album so this album appear to all users... An album with out any user....
