Hi,

I am pretty sure that when I first installed EasyDiscuss in a test environment that I was able to see which users had viewed a post.

This is useful to me as we use EasyDiscuss in a smallish work environment for announcements and procedure discussions. Knowing who has and who has not seen a post helps clarify whether the communications are effective.

I no longer can do so and am unsure whether my memory is incorrect or if I am missing something on either a configuration setting or finding the resource.

Thank you
Hello Trevor,

Have you turn on this option: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-02-10_1016.png in Backend>Easydiscuss>Setting>General>Workflow. If you have already did and still cannot see the section, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can check this for you.

Hi,

Yes that option is on.

What I am looking is to see who historically looked at a post as opposed to just who is currently looking at the post.

Can you please advise if this is possible.

Thank you,
Trevor
