I have just started actually creating groups after using your software for years. I believe when I first started using EasySocial there were no Workflows. But, I am not positive about that.
Anyhow, here is my issue:
Almost two years ago I created a list of ES Groups Categories that I am just starting to use.
Each of these Categories is assigned to a workflow with the same name as the Category.
(I am assuming this was created when workflows were added to EasySocial?)
I am probably only needing one Workflow that I can use for all the categories.
I am trying to create a New Group Category now and am required to add it to a Workflow.
None of the available workflows make sense to me. I would like to create a different one.
I tried to add a new workflow and was not even able to figure out how to create it and give it a name.
I have found some documentation but it did not get me to understand workflows.
I am thinking that I can just rename one of the workflows and then assign that workflow to all my groups. But, I also figured I could create a new workflow and then assign the groups to it. This would then enable me to delete the extra workflows.
Anyhow, wondering how I could name and create a new workflow and wondering if what I am writing makes sense.
