Can I get rid of the text: "Share this Update"

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get rid of the "Share this Update" text that is showed underneath my blogs following with my social media buttons. I just want to see the buttons. The text is a little too much and not pretty.

If you update to 5.0.18, this text is no longer there by default
