Hey there,
Thanks - the comments did work as you said in my site. I just cant get the normal feed to work though. I run the cron job direct in the browser...http://site.com//index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cronfeed
but it says "There are no feeds to be imported currently"
May i know what you mean the `normal feed`?
By the way, can I have the permission to manually run this cronfeed URL?
Also, they will not import duplicate feed in Easyblog, because which feed already imported, the system will record it from this table #__easyblog_feeds_history .
I am a bit worried about duplicate content as well - is there a no index setting for this page I want this to be for readers of the site not for google gain.
Do you mean your site blog listing frontpage? If yes, I would suggest you to set this robots from your backend blog menu item.
ahh i tried the test feed button i got an error but then it did work
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction SQL=UPDATE `#__finder_terms` AS t INNER JOIN `#__finder_tokens_aggregate` AS ta ON ta.term_id = t.term_id SET t.`links` = t.links + 1)
I've tried to click "test feed" button, it seems work fine for me, you can check my attached screenshot below.
Am I missing something here?
