Can I enable everyone to view the answer in EasyDiscuss?

Can I enable public, everyone to see questions and the answers without logging into EasyDiscuess?
I found changing the category inherited container rights fixed it. Sorry I should have known this just haven't had enough time.

Hello Tony,

By default the discussion is already public. You might want to check the Category Permission in Backend>Categories under Permission tab. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-16_1032.png

Public and Guest is enabled already but when users wants to read the answer/response they have to login first which I don't want.

Even if I change category permissions like "perl" to allow everyone to view without logging in under "programming | perl" it still doesn't allow people to view answers without logging in.
