Can I display intro text in the category topic list?

Is there a way to display intro text in the topic list when viewing a category? I see how to enable intro text on the "Recent" view, but I don't see any way to enable intro text on a page like this one:

Hi Margaret,

Similarly to http://easydiscuss.stackideas.com/categories/forums, unfortunately there are no settings that can show the introtext on those pages.

But if you really want to, you would have modify the code on theme files to achieve it(provided you know what to do).
