Is there any option for auto moderating by admin for cetain offensive posts. Like for example if the post contains a preset bad word, it will automatically go for admin moderation othervice will publish instantly.

I know you can enable the "Word filtering" option and enter whatever words or expressions you want to filter, but I don't think you can get a moderation for that. (it would be a great feature!)
The world filtering option is in: Components / Easydiscuss / Settings / Anti Spam.
I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. As Aikigi pointed out, unfortunately right now there's no way to "auto moderate" a post if it contains badwords
