Can EasyBlog and EasySocial toolbars be merged?

Hi,

I have set the easy social toolbar module to show the toolbar on all the pages. Hence, on Easyblog pages, there are two toolbars shown.

Can the functionality of both be merged into one toolbar that is shown across all the pages?

Hey there,

Unfortunately right now that is not possible but we are looking at ways to centralize both these toolbars in the near future when they are both installed

Hey Himangi,

This is currently not possible yet but if you are looking at simplifying things with the toolbar, perhaps you could consider using the menus on the site rather than the toolbar?

Hi Mark

I think one suggestion is that you design the different toolbars in different style with background colours and an icon in the beginning of the toolbar.

For example by using different background colours so people can distinguish between the 2 toolbars and also have a different icon in the beginning of the toolbar ie a blog pixed icon for the EasyBlog and also another icon for EasySocial

Yes I also did a suggestion for this on the featured proposals...

I think many end users that comes to EB ES ED sites get confused with too many toolbars and which beling to which and also when you navigate down to a user then another toolbar appear too
