Call to a member function html() on null, cannot update to ES 3.0.2

Hi,

There's 2 issue here.

Office 3.0.1 give me this error;
Call to a member function html() on null

No error if using Protostar default.

Also there is a notification for update to ES 3.0.2, but click an update button all giving an error;
Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again.


This is a fresh install of;

Joomla 3.9.2
Office template 3.0.1
ES 3.0.1

We still works on the single updater at the moment, sorry for the inconvenient.

Hi Syabab,

The issue come from template override from office template:
.../templates/office/html/com_easysocial/dashboard/guests/default.php
This issue has been fix in our repository as well, and will be included in the next Office template release.
