I've just updated Easyblog to 3.9.14929 and went to check it. I noticed that the calendar (titled: Posting Calendar) isn't loading. I have had this issue previously, and it was resolved by changing the site's caching to conservative caching in the global configuration. That hasn't changed at all. I uploaded and installed the most recent calendar module, but that didn't change the calendar not loading, either. I also cleared the cache and browser cache without any change of result.
Same problem for me. When will this module be available bug-free ?

I spent a ton of time, thinking that my issues with the Calendar and the Archive module were both me. I figured that I must have done something wrong. I installed a new clean test environment and neither one worked. I believe that an archive function is central concept to having a blog. So now that I have been using this software for some time and now NEED an archive, I will be forced to abandon it and go to another product.

Hello Daniel,

I believe you are hitting errors because you are using an older version of EasyBlog. You should upgrade to the latest version.

My perspective is that I already paid for this product and basic functionality was missing. I didn't need this feature originally because I didn't have enough blog material. Now that the support has run out I would have to buy support again to get these basic features. I wouldn't mind paying a modest support fee but the support price is the same as re-buying the product.

I realize that your product is popular but I do not feel that your company is NOT being fair to the consumer by charging twice for basic functionality ! I will say it is clever marketing to call them FREE modules. I will be moving on to greener pastures. Thanks for your quick response.

Thanks for the offer - I found the new script to be working fine when I turn off my CDN.

It seems that I need to get the script registered to the CDN properly.

In the meantime, I turned off the CDN and will reload-sync it tonight.

Maybe you can help... It seems that the calendar and ratings images (Stars) are not working properly when I run my CDN using Amazon S3 and Cloudfront.
I suspect it is a caching issue with the cloud.
I clear the cloud and reload and I still cannot get these to work properly.

what scripts are actually being used for easyblogs, so I can exclude them in the CDN?

Hello Mike,

I believe they are actually being cached by Cloudfront. You can try excluding /media/com_easyblog/scripts/easyblog.min.js and see if that helps?
