Buy a Plan for a Friend?

In the current PayPlans settings, apps, etc... is there a way to buy a plan for a friend?

For example, I'm on the site, I have an active plan and I want my friend to join but they don't have enough money so rather than logging in as them (security) or giving them my CC information, I would want to buy them a subscription and it be associated with their account.

Please let me know.
