Do your homepage is EasyBlog recent page?
Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
If you've set the module type to 'recent posts' https://www.screencast.com/t/dupv3ddRD yes, this is default behavior where the 'view all' will redirect to the recent page (where in your case it will go to your homepage).
If you still want the module shows by recent page and the 'view all' redirected to the 'category listing page' you need to customize in the file: .../modules/mod_easybloglatestblogs/helper.php
under the function getViewAllLink
