The poll is activated but i can't see the button to create a poll, how can i correct it?

Hey there,

I found out that your Poll section is missing in your Profile Type ACL.

Just for your information, I had installed MijoSQL and Extoplorer components for troubleshooting.

We noticed that your polls.create and polls.vote which are from your database, their state has been set to 0. We are not sure why is it set to 0 but when I was trying to run the following UPDATE query into your site, it asked me to login back again and can't login and I suspect you had updated your login credential.


UPDATE `#__social_access_rules` SET `state` = 1 WHERE `id` in ( 53 , 54 );


Can you run the SQL query above into your database and check whether the poll is it working fine. Also, make sure the poll settings enabled in the ACL before you test. (Kindly refer the screenshot)

Do take note that remember to replace #__ to your table prefix before you run the query.

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your updated login credential so that we can have a better check on it?

oh it's a great surprise to haven't access to the site from the admin account ,but i have correct it, and i followed your process, and i changed the parameter on the database, and it is better now, i don't know why the paramter has changed.

It is better now it is resolved,
Is it possible to have a documentation of polls, i try to give a french documentation for my site users, and i follow your documentation for explain the fonctionnality of every service.
