Bullets/List Feature in Comments

Hi Support,

When I try to make a comment for an article I can’t get the list feature to work (no matter I try the bullets or numbers). I highlight the text I want to make into a list, I click the bullet icon and it puts these list tags around it, and when I click save there are no bullets.

Hi there,

It seems that i i cannot replicate this on my end and currently, i cannot access your backend. I need to access them and can you provide us with those links also in order for us to further check them on your end.

I suspected that those issues caused by your current template css. Please advice.

Hi,

I have tried it in http://komento.stackideas.com/, please see the attached list.jpg.

I also found the difference: it misses '[*]' in the content after clicking the Numeric list/Bulleted list buttons in my end. See miss.png.

Hi there,

Have you updated them to it latest version? If yes and still persisted, Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
