The built in subscription form that appears right after the post on entry view is not showing.
On my dashboard settings i have on the Display Subscription Form option

That strange, it seems like I can't replicate this in local, can you update your Joomla 4 development site FTP access so we can troubleshoot this issue on your site?

One more thing to investigate Arlex, Onesignal is not showing the subscribe dialog.
