I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Please find the answers to your inquiries below:

(1) Items not deleted immediately from notifications when deleted except page refreshed.

This is actually the default behavior. When you delete, the contents for that particular result is dimmed rather than deleted immediately.

(2) Bug appearing on notification settings (see Fig 2)

This seems like some missing translations on your end. I have updated the translations and it works fine now

(3) Relationship status not displaying both on profile or edit page. All relationship status options selected to display on frontend, but wehen saved in backend, reverts to the same initial settings. (see fig 3 & 4)

I tried changing the relationship status to "Widowed" and it seems to be working fine as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/brv9dxA5GbE . Am I missing anything here?

(4) Repositioning of profile cover not functioning in photo edit section of Profile edit (see Fig 5)

The repositioning of profile cover when you edit your profile only works if you are editing the profile cover. I guess there needs to be some "information" added on the profile cover field to avoid confusions.
