Hey there,

It seems that when I was trying to access your backend, it gave me the following error:

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Also, can you update your FTP's access so that we can have a better check and troubleshoot it for you?

Command: PASS ***********
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hi there,

Can we have the permission to re-update your EasyBlog because we suspect the update is incomplete?

If can, please perform a full backup before we re-update it for you.
