I am really sorry for the delay of this reply due to weekend.

I have tried to replicate this issue locally as well as on your site but it seems i cannot replicate this issue.

I have checked your site and tried to subscribe the plan Operator Subscription and canceled it halfway and then deleted the order from the frontend as you advised but after deleting the order the plan is still rendering for me, You can refer to the attached screenshots:

Can you please provide the steps to replicate this issue as i am not able to replicate it.
