I've had a few members (doing beta testing) on the site say they cannot upload a cover photo direct from their profile page. It just loads the default black background again. This workflow is after they have signed up for an account but chosen not to upload an avatar and cover photo during registration but do it later after being approved.

The workaround so far has been to upload a new album photo and then choose it as the cover photo and that works fine.

Please advise. Thank you!
Hello Keith,

I have added fix on your site and this will be included in the next release.

Hey Keith,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, it looks like you have configured EasySocial to use Amazon S3 storage and configured EasySocial to upload it immediately after uploading. It seems like for some odd reasons, the image in Amazon isn't allowing public access, http://take.ms/gUSur and this is probably why you don't see the new image.

Is it possible for you to provide us with your Amazon login credentials so that we can check on the setup on Amazon?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for looking into this on the weekend. I really appreciate the support you guys provide.

How do I send you my S3 login details without making it public on this thread?

*edit* - I see the option now under site details for reply. I've added my S3 login credentials. Thanks!

Hey Keith,

You may edit your first post and include the Amazon access under the Optional details

Thanks Mark. I think we were posting at the same time. I edited my last post with the credentials

Hey Keith,

Hm, that's odd because I still don't see the Amazon S3 logins

Hi Mark,

Sorry, I had put the details into a different comment post here (the one that has *edit* on it). However, I just added them to the top post as well. Thanks!
