[bug] Screen disappears on mobile template during registration EasySocial 2.1.3

There is a strange behavior occurring when accessing the registration from a mobile phone (I tried on 2 different phones using both Chrome and Samsung browser and the same bug occurred). See video screencast for demonstration of the bug.

That was known issue, we will trying to push another new version for mobile web template app today.
