After upgrading to 1.3.6 from 1.2.22, I am getting an alert message when clicking on "complete your profile now".

Here is the message: There is an error retrieving your Facebook details. Facebook returns an error message of: "Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user has changed the password."

I am using JFBConnect and logging in with the JFBConnect facebook button works fine.

How do I fix this message. If this cannot be fixed, how do I completely turn off profile completeness?

Rene
Hi,

Regarding the Facebook error, there are a few possible reasons.

It could be that the user account is linked to Facebook, has a token issue, and is most likely caused by a change on the Facebook account (such as password change), or that the app that is used on Facebook that is linked to the site has a configuration issue.

The Facebook error is a separate error from the profile completeness. The profile completeness message informs user that there are still some missing fields not filled in their profile. If you would like to turn this off, then head to backend -> Settings -> User to turn off.

As for the Facebook error, please provide us your site's access and FTP access (and possibly the Facebook app access as well) so that we can debug this for you.
