Either EasyDiscuss or ConverseKit is misreporting online users.

Hi there,

Those session handler are handled by what you have set at Backend>System>Global Configuration>System as shown https://screencast.com/t/uMdbvp9u. It will fetch those user and considered as 'Online' within that time limit set. Please advice.

Hi there.

It will be auto logged out when those user is inactive on amount of time set on your site as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/XiGG5tYKATqb

For some amount of time, he will need to re-log in to his site again as those session handler will logged him our from your site.

Please advice.

Something I've observed with JFBConnect and my particular settings: If a user is authenticated through Facebook and Facebook stays logged in, there's a chance of auto-re-login. It's my best theory, so far, on this discrepancy.

Hi there,

if that so, you should consult with 'JFBConnect' instead on how they control their user's session as i have tried to replicated using our own Facebook features, i will automatically logged out when i am inactive for some amount of time.

Please advice.
