I am not sure how to show them on my local. Can you please advice on how to replicate them for further check on this issues?

In hindsight this could be a ConverseKit issue.

1. Create a new user.
   
2. Open up the chat window that is ConverseKit.
   
3. Search the new user's name.

It seems that somehow, you need to login to the site, in order for you be friend with other user and in order to be shown on the conversekit you must be a friend with each other in order for you to see them. And somehow i cant replicate them locally.

Please advice.

Try searching the name in at Contacts in ConverseKit. That doesn't discriminate on whether or not users are friends. If all else fails, try using the AutoFriend plugin.
