when i write a new blog the word counter count only the english words but when i write any words in another language which have a none english chars like arabic the counter dosent count the words in this language

you will see that iam write a 10 words, but in the words counter it shown that there are only 4 words, it count only the english words and not count the words in arabic

That "words" counter is actually not part of EasyBlog It's from your WYSIWYG editor in Joomla. Which editor are you using? Are you using the default TINYMCE editor?

Ah, I see. Probably JCE itself needs to detect the language I believe. Have you tried searching for a solution in JCE yet?
