Bug: eMail notification sent out for moderated posts.

EasyDiscuss was set up this way that the first mail of new users needs moderation.

I got reports now that users received eMail notifications, where the link didnt work - they got 404s and 1064.

I switched off moderation. Now everything seems to be fine again.

eMail notifications shouldn´t be sent out, before a moderated post was approved by a moderator. I think, this is a bug.

I suspect that the category does not allow certain user groups to view its posts which is why the 404 error shows.

An example would be this discussion: .../forum/69-event-bild http://take.ms/D5Qdu

For the 404 error, perhaps you can enable this setting so that it will redirect the user to the login page if they are required to login to view the discussion(http://take.ms/TFoTv).

Regarding 1064: what about sending out notifications for moderated posts, which were not approved yet? That sounds like a bug to me?

For the 1064 issue, I would like to look at the error but I'm not sure which email on your site is having the issue.

Can you let me know which email produces this error from your backend email activity list so I can take a look at the email?
