I have replicated this on my local and it seems that i cant replicate this locally. After checking on your site, it seems that the numbers shown is correct as those badges is assigned to each of your users. Maybe you can try to check on your super user "mybigpay7" badges and see how it goes. It keeps loading without end. And i have check on other user "alfios", it seems that got duplicate of badges. It should, one achiever only achieves one badges as shown https://screencast.com/t/UUejQlRBp. May i know whether you have "Mass assign" your badges to all user? Please advice.

Sorry for the late response. I looked more now I confess I do not understand the principles of the badge.

I tried to see the badges of other users but I did not understand everything. For the moment it does not bother me.

I would study that question when I have a little more time.

Currently, those badges only can be achieved once, and by the look of your current user, got duplicates of badges achieved by each user. Maybe that why it shown so many.
