It seems like you provided that URL is come from Easyblog, that is different with you attached that screenshot in your first post, actually the screenshot is point to Easydiscuss right?

it seems like only this image come out this issues, is it possible provide us with your FTP access so we can check the attachment file is it store in the Komento table ? Please advise.

I'm suspect that your Cpanel is enable the Hotlink protection prevents other websites from directly linking to files and pictures on your website, so you hitting this broken image.
Could you mind consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this and see how it goes?
