Broadcast Sticky Popup

Sticky popup is enabled in the backend of easysocial, but the broadcast popup does not appear to users, does the sticky popup need any module position?

The broadcasts are not appearing even if i turn off sticky popup, are they supposed to appear in the stream of all users?
Hello Sunny,

By right the broadcast should appear as popup on top of the user easysocial page. Perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so that we can check on the issue directly?

Hi Ezrul,

Sorry will create a test site on an alternate server and share the credentials, as trouble shooting on live site i'll not get permission.
