Broadcast Message does not got out

I noticed that after upgrading to 1.4.4 I am not able to send out administrator messages (broadcasts) to the users. I get an error message:

...the content is currently not available or you are not allowed to view it... (see attached picture).

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can I have the permission help you update to 1.4.4 and provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
