Hello, in order to reproduce the issue you must have the cache activated:
System>Global Configuration>System> Cache Settings:
Cache handler: file
System Cache: ON - Conservative caching

Then go to the site's front end page here: https://aramis-paris.com/test/
Scroll down until section "НОВОСТИ"
Then click on the one of three blog posts of this section.
Then go back to the front end page: https://aramis-paris.com/test/ OR click on the HOME icon of the EasyBlog tool bar
Then click on the other blog post
And you will see that breadcrumbs text will be the Title of the first post that you clicked, until you empty the cache.

It should not slow your page as it will only use small portion only(only for that module only/breadcrumbs module). Maybe you can check them first and see how it goes.
